Working With Us
How does the monthly retainer work?
We agree on a visit cadence (1-4/month), map your shot list and flight paths in a kickoff, then show up on schedule. Edited assets are delivered 48-72 hours after each visit, organized in a cloud archive by date and area.
How fast are files delivered?
48-72 hours after each site visit. Rush turnaround available for OAC meetings and draw deadlines.
Do we own the files?
You retain full usage rights for your project: internal reporting, marketing, leasing, awards, and legal use. We keep a permanent archive on our end too.
Are you FAA compliant and insured?
Yes. FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, full general liability and equipment insurance, COI provided on request.
Where is Synced Frames located?
Frisco, TX. We cover all of DFW, North Texas, and travel for select Texas commercial projects.
Why Us vs. Alternatives
We already use Procore. Why do we need you?
Procore is a great storage and PM system. The problem is not where photos live. It is that the photos going in are inconsistent, unedited, and missing the angles owners and lenders need. We fill the capture and consistency gap. Our deliverables drop straight into Procore.
Our superintendent already takes photos. Why is this different?
Your super is invaluable on site. Their phone roll is not a project record. It is mixed with personal photos, lacks consistent angles, is not edited, is not organized for owner review, and disappears when they switch jobs. We provide the parallel, owner-ready layer.
We already have a drone. Why hire someone?
Owning a drone is not the same as flying construction documentation. We bring FAA Part 107 certification, mapped repeatable flight paths so every month's shot lines up, ground photography to pair with the aerials, and a deliverable process built for OAC meetings and lender draws.
Why not use Multivista or one of the big enterprise services?
They are great for enterprise scale. We are built for active DFW projects that want a direct line to the operator capturing their site, faster turnaround, and a pricing model that does not require an enterprise contract.
Why not a job-site camera?
Cameras are great for one fixed exterior angle. They miss interiors, pre-cover-up details, milestone events, and anything inside the structure. We complement them.
On-Site Operations
Will this slow down our crews?
No. We work around the superintendent's schedule, follow site PPE and safety protocols, and capture without interrupting active work.
How do you handle drone restrictions?
We check airspace, file LAANC authorizations when needed, and coordinate with the GC's safety officer. Where drone is not permitted, we provide ground-only equivalents.
Are you a licensed inspector or surveyor?
No. We provide visual documentation only. Our timestamped, organized media supports inspections, claims, and surveys but does not replace them.
Use Cases
Can your photos support lender draw packages?
Yes. That is a primary use case. We can label and organize visits to align with your schedule of values so each draw has its own photo set.
Can you cover pre-cover-up MEP, slabs, and envelope?
Yes. This is one of our highest-value services. We coordinate with the super to capture rough-in work before drywall, backfill, or finish materials cover it.
Can you produce content for award submissions and leasing?
Yes. That is what our Completion Photo + Video service is for. Architectural-grade media, licensed for owner, GC, architect, and developer.
Pricing & Scope
What does a typical month of coverage cost?
Pricing depends on visit cadence, project size, and whether drone is included. Our retainers are scoped per project. Request a quote for a same-day proposal.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Most retainers run for the duration of the build. We do offer single-milestone and one-time milestone packages for teams not ready for monthly.
Do you offer one-time shoots?
Yes, for completion, milestone, or marketing. But for active projects, the monthly retainer delivers far more value per dollar.
